We are pleased to invite you to our 4th Annual “Get Your IN” Internship Certificate Program on Wednesday, May 16, 2007, from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
“Get Your IN” is not an internship but is designed to help you market yourself as you begin your job search.
Our staff is excited to meet you and during our certificate program, you will- develop key messages about yourself;
- learn about the diverse JW staff, their backgrounds and how they got where they are today;
- discover what you need to know about the PR industry in Colorado;
- live a day in the life of a JW intern;
- find out what kind of writer you are (you’ll take writing tests and we’ll edit them for you) and learn ways to finesse your writing skills; and
- explore what PR is all about and enjoy a complimentary lunch with JW’s president, GG Johnston.
* We'll be looking for a summer intern at this year's Get Your In. This program will be your first impression and from there we'll look to hire. Please bring a copy of your resume.
