Tracy Aiello Senior Counselor
Tracy joined JohnstonWells Public Relations in 2006, bringing with her a 10-year history of public relations experience, with particular expertise in media relations and community building.
At JohnstonWells she pursues new and creative ways to promote clients such as HomeSphere, R.W. Beck, Jefferson County Public Library and the Great Gulf Group, developer of 1401 Lawrence.
Before joining JohnstonWells, she owned and managed her own public relations firms, Wall+Aiello Public Relations and Center Reach Communications. As a former small business owner, she understands the complexities of marketing a business, and her experience allows her to be strategic and bottom-line oriented.
Clients also benefit from Tracy’s varied background. She is a community leader, having served as president of the West Chamber of Commerce and on numerous boards of directors. Currently, she is a director for the LoDo District Board and for the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts. She is a former columnist and amateur author, and she was once a first-grade teacher. But her real strength is getting to the heart of the story. She loves to dialogue and truly understand her clients’ objectives.
The Denver Business Journal named Tracy one of its “Forty Under 40” in 2004 and recognized her as an Outstanding Women in Business in 2005. The West Chamber of Commerce named her an Outstanding Woman in Jefferson County in 2005. She is a 2006 graduate of the Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Denver program.
Tracy earned a bachelor’s degree in education and psychology from the University of Wisconsin.
