Famous Colorado Brand Extending Front Range Reach

Colorado’s most famous almond toffee and candy makers have sweetened the retail landscape in Arvada, Colo., by opening an Enstrom’s store featuring the World Famous Almond Toffee, among other chocolates, confections and premium ice cream made according to Chet Enstrom’s original 1929 recipe.

The location, 6770 West 52nd Ave. in Arvada, was previously a Stephany’s Chocolates factory store. Enstrom Candies purchased Stephany’s Chocolates in 2006. Because Stephany’s is a wholesale line of all-natural chocolates and confections sold via regional and national retailers, the company converted the Arvada factory store to an Enstrom’s retail location. The company also operates three other year-round Colorado retail locations – in Grand Junction, Fruita and Denver (Cherry Creek area).

The Enstrom’s store received a refreshing makeover with updated fixtures and décor and increased freezer space. The popular ice cream parlor remains, as does the overall retail space and parking for customers.  

”When we purchased Stephany’s Chocolates, we also purchased its Arvada factory store, which has a loyal following of customers who seek out high-quality chocolates and confections,” said Doug Simons, president of Enstrom Candies Inc. “We realized the value of keeping an Arvada location as a complement to our Enstrom’s store in Denver’s Cherry Creek area.”

To commemorate the grand opening, at the Arvada location only, Enstrom’s is offering a limited-time “Buy One, Get One Free” promotion of the World Famous Almond Toffee – a $16.95 value – through May 10. Candy lovers are invited to visit the newest Enstrom’s store and enjoy daily free samples of nearly every Enstrom’s product.
